Yes. Longer support terms and higher budgets allow us to provide lower rates. Since hours don't expire, it can be a big savings to load up your hours up-front at a discount.

Support customers purchasing more than 48 hours per quarter who are interested in Digital Marketing & SEO will also receive special rates for bundled services.

While hosting isn't discounted, hosting with us means our support team will likely use less time to support you. That makes your support hours go further.
